Sao Paulo -  Follow arrow to park your car in a covered space. Entering what once was the richest part in town, you find a lot of breathing adds. The beautifull apartment buildings where the wealthy people used to live are are all turned into offices now. That makes the neighbourhood very unsafe at night.
