Zafer Adsalmis (age 24) started the Osmanli diner at Katendrechtse Lagekade in May 2010. He studied Banking and Insurance, worked a a bank for three years and found it boring. He helps out today. Mehmet has his own supermarket, not far from here. Their uncle is a business man.
