Fourth Generation Ramallah

Ramallah -  High-rise building in the "Financial District" of Ramallah. It is in Post Oslo Agreement (1993) that Ramallah witnessed its 3rd boom of construction. Yet, a 4th construction came about in Post-Arafat era (2004), which witnessed unprecedented construction boom manifested in new neighborhoods, high rise buildings, and even new planned City (Rawabi). 
P.S. first construction boom was after WWI and the second boom was after WWII (Nakba 1948).
