Asira ash Shamaliya -  The stored barrels on the roofs for oil storage, the carpets laying on the trees or on the side walks for olive picking, the big sacks laying on the sides of the streets for leftover storage for heating, all together inform the ongoing activity of the olive picking, pressing and oil making.
