Sleeping late on sunday

Rotterdam -  This man is tired. After having a light supper at the church for the homeless, he crashes on the first bench he lays eyes on. He yells something in a language I can only guess is Russian. The city doesn’t notice this man. Comments: Maurice: ‘So you can actually sleep on those benches, you won’t roll off.
 That is, if you keep your feet on the ground…’
