Rotterdam -  Rule one: no obligation to clear out the shit 
Rule two: Keep the dogs on the string. 
The little logo on the left around the dogshit says 'legally deposited'. Dog shit on the streets was a huge problem in the Netherlands. Now you get a fine when you do not clear it right away. Except in this little park.
