Rotterdam -  Who is watching all these movies? Apparently the camera suggests to be 360 degrees. It is not. It is known only a percentage of the cameras work. Strange idea the cameras look into the houses of the people. And.... Dutch people leave the curtains open in the evening. The satelite receivers on the balconies show the inhabitants watch Television from far continents. They close their curtains in the evening.
