Chewing gum

Rotterdam -  ‘Sick and tired of chewing gum in the city. Rotterdam MUST be clean, intact and safe! WHY? BECAUSE!’ says the text on the rubbish bin. The little white dots on the pavement to the right of the rubbish bin are pieces of chewing gum. You find these everywhere, especially in front of supermarkets.
