Care for a Hooka?

Ramallah -  Officially the smoking age is 18 in Palestine; but this is rarely observed. Teenagers start smoking early and it is common to see young men smoking the Hooka in cafes. In recent years the Hooka has become a popular activity to pass the time for both men and women in Ramallah.
