A balcony with red peppers

Bishkek -  It is always interesting how people decorate their balconies and also what they save there. Because of balconies also can tell us some information about the owners of the flats. This one is old balcony and the owner once hung peppers on a rope. It is for drying them and then using for cooking. Usually old persons do that. But it also looks like decoration of this balcony.
