Lagos -  In every tourist guide about Lagos you read about the Area boys. Gang of men and boys who ‘own’ the place (unofficially). They supply services you have not asked for. For money. This one (person on the left) appeared the moment we showed up on the bridge over the busstation. We should have asked him for permission and somebody to lead us around. It is a serious game. Played with business cards. The areaboy shows the businesss card of an important film and media producer. Presscards are brought out from the photographers. It takes over half an hour. No money is paid. Out of principle.
