Is it forbidden to smoke inside the bar as it is in Holland?
So the smokers stay on the side of the yellow stripe from the barside?
In Holland there were so many protests from barkeepers that in bars with only a single owner and barkeeper (so no other personnel) you can smoke inside again.
The new regulation does make the public space more lively as people sit on terraces in wintercoats smoking in groups.
This yellow line marks a public terrotory in a funny way. You have to be at a certain distance of the pub to smoke and yoy can smoke in the rest of the world it suggests.
