Happy you took this picture. I did see a man with a cart like that. I have not seen this before, a whole house on a cart. When the person puts it up it is as big as a house in the slums. mobile slum I would call it.

Yes, thats it, mobile slum. There are many of them around. Sometimes its just a man living, aometimes a family with dogs. Do you think I could change the title?

I forgot to say that behind, is wrtitten on the wall: “em dias de tempestade”, what means “in days of storm”
